No primer needed. Non-slip, low sheen, fast drying. Endures scuffing, moisture, washings. Scientifically formulated coating for masonry floors. Outperforms ordinary floor paint under traffic, washings, weather, acids and alkalis. Use on new or previously painted interior and exterior surfaces in homes and industry. Basement and garage floors, patios and stairs. Clean up with soap and water. Covers up to 500 sq. ft. per gallon depending on surface porosity. Resists "Hot Tire Pick-up".
